GABAA Receptors and Zebra Fish

Hi,

We are interested in anxiety and anaesthesia and it the allosteric 
mdulation of the GABAA receptor by drugs like the BDZ full
agonists and certain neurosteroids. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction as regard how useful the 
Zebra Fish could be in this area.  Are there any GABA sub-unit 
KO's available?
