Detecting FLAG- and HA-tagged proteins by whole-mount

Hi,

I'm doing some DNA injections into Zebrafish embryos and I need 
to verify the tissue-specific expression of my proteins. I now that 
myc tags are most oftgen used in Zebrafish, however my genes are 
already FLAG and/or HA tagged.  

Has anyone had FLAG (M2 antibody) or HA (12Ca5 antibody) 
whole-mounts work or NOT work?
