in situ robot

Hi

We are considering purchasing an automated in situ hybridization 
unit.  We have heard of one that is sold by Abimed, and one by a 
Japanese company. We would appreciate information and 
comments from anyone who has used one of these in situ robots 
regarding how well these work, the sorts of problems encountered 
with the robot, how often it needed to be serviced, and how was the 
support and service provided.
