Danio rerio

Hello,

I am a junior and I am in a year-long advanced science reasearch 
class. I am doing a project with Danio rerio. My idea is to observe 
the development of zebrafish embryos in various temperatures of 
water. I would like to investigate other variables. I would appreciate 
any other suggestions.
