Applications are invited for the following posts:

1.  Research Technician to maintain and oversee our collections of 
zebrafish and Drosophila stocks.  You will be responsible for media 
preparation and animal husbandry.  You will require a BSc or HND 
in a biological science and previous laboratory experience.  
Organisational skills and some experience in animal husbandry are 
essential and some theoretical knowledge in genetics is desirable. 
Salary, on the technical scale, will be =A314,838 per annum inclusive 
of London Allowance.  (Code MRC01) 

2.  Research Technician to run a core DNA sequencing facility for 
the Centre.  The successful applicant will receive specific 
instrumentation training on site but will require a BSc or HND in a 
biological science and laboratory experience in molecular biology. 
The salary, on the technical scale, will be =A314,838 per annum
