Hello All,
We have recently made public a Zebrafish MapViewer at NCBI. The
data currently displayed reflects the state of data in Januray, 2001.
Now that MapViewer is up and running, I will be updating each of
the
maps, in the next month or so.
The URLs:
NCBI Zebrafish Genome page:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/guide/D_rerio.html
Two MapViewer pages:
***************
* Genome View *
***************
(allows queries and displays on which LG the marker is found)
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-
bin/Entrez/map_search?chr=zfish.inf
************
* Map View *
************
(shows the six maps and connections between maps, with links to
UniSTS). Shortly we will also be adding direct links to LocusLink.
