We are now able to offer protein ("TBLASTN style") and translated
DNA ("TBLASTX") searches against the 2.88 gigabases of
zebrafish sequence in the Ensembl trace repository.

The relevant page is http://trace.ensembl.org/perl/ssahaview_trans

These search facilities are powered by a new version of our SSAHA
search engine
(http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Software/analysis/SSAHA/). We hope to
be able to extend this service to selected other organisms in the
near future.

The existing DNA-against-DNA search facility for the trace
repository remains at http://trace.ensembl.org/perl/ssahaview.
