	Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Mayo Foundation-
Rochester (http://www.mayo.edu/mgs/bmb/) announces openings 
for faculty positions at the Assistant and Associate Professor level.
	Qualified individuals are expected to initiate and maintain an 
outstanding research program and to contribute to educational 
activities in Mayo Graduate School and Mayo Medical School.   
The Department is seeking to supplement existing strengths by 
recruiting faculty members who are interested in the following 
areas:  Cell Biology and Genetics, with a focus on basic cell 
biological and developmental mechanisms relevant to human 
disease. Individuals with interest and expertise in functional 
genomics using model organisms such as yeast, fly, worm or 
zebrafish are especially encouraged to apply. Outstanding 
applicants with research interests in other areas will also be given 
full consideration.  Successful candidates will have an opportunity 
to interact with basic and medical scientists in areas of cell and 
molecular biology, structural biology, gene therapy, and medicine.
