Antibiotics - Dosages Pre/Post Microinjection??

Hi Everyone,

I have another question regarding embryo medium. Has anyone 
ever treated the medium with antibiotics?? If so, does anyone know 
of the best types and their dosages? Also, if microinjecting, should 
you treat both before and after?? I am finding it hard to locate 
information on this topic so all help is greatly appreciated.
