I am looking for information about how to use glucose in appositive selection for plant mutants that defect in glucose uptake(glu mutants), and what kind of molecular test we can do on that mutant in order to distinguish that mutant from mutant that able to take up glucose but unable to respond to glucose as a signal Thanks in advance Jo
