Our lab is interested in the possibility of using tracers such as
horseradish peroxidase or microperoxidase to look at blood-ocular
barriers in zebrafish. What routes of administration could be
used??? I've seen IP used in larger fish. Someone had also
suggested topical application to the gills in an anaesthetized fish.
Can anyone help?? Are their any useful references (I've found
nothing)??? Thanks
