I am trying to isolate RNA from zebrafish. Can someone tell me how much RNA I can expect to isolate from 1 fish? Also how much do adult zebrafish usually weigh? Can you tell me where to find the answers to these questions? Aubrey Ledford aledford at wfubmc.edu
