Western Blots

Hi,

Are there any refined protocols to perform Western Blots with 
protein from zebrafish embryos (16-20 h)?  I intend to do Westerns 
on morpholino injected embryos (where the number of embryos 
sometimes can be a limitation).  

I would greatly appreciate all the help.
