aei in cold

Hello,

I will work with aei mutants and, as I have only an heterozygous 
stock, I will have to recognise their phenotype. Since the eighth 
somite forms quite late if the fish has been layed at 9 am, I am 
considering putting them at 18=B0 after bud stage.  

If anybody has already tried, and experienced phenotype alteration 
due to the temperature shift, s/he would be kind to warn me :).
