Paramecium stock

Hello all!  I have a question about paramecium stock. We will be 
needing to keep large quantities of paramecium stocked for an 
experiment.  Does anyone have and suggestions as to how to keep a 
stock solution at a good concentration over about a 19 day period or 
know of any articles that could guide me in a good direction. Thanks 
for all the help!
