The 7th Connecticut Valley Zebrafish Meeting will be held at 
Wesleyan University this Friday, January 17th, beginning at 
2:00PM.  

The speakers will be:
Abbie Jensen,    UMass Amherst: Retinal patterning and eye 
development
Nathan Lawson, UMass Med, Worcester: The signals responsible 
for blood
vessel development Larry Moss, Tufts Health Sciences, Boston: 
Early
progenitors of the pancreatic endocrine islet. Seoung Kyu Choe, 
UMass
Med, Worcester: Role of Hox cofactors in hindbrain development 
Scott
Holley, Yale: Genetic analysis of the zebrafish somitogenesis
oscillator. The talks will be 30 minutes with time for discussion. 
After the talks, all are invited to my house to continue discussions
over pizza etc.
