mutant zebrafish lacking dorsal and caudal fins

I have 2 generations of a spontaneous mutant a lacking dorsal fin. In 
the second generation about half have a dorsal but lack a tail fin. They 
grow normally and seem normal otherwise. Is such a mutation 
frequently observed? Would this strain be of use to any zebrafish labs?  
I'm not equipped to follow up the observation in detail.
