The Zebrafish International Resource Center can supply you with 
adults of the Tg(fli1:EGFP)^y1 line.  

We have successfully sent adults to your institution in the past.  An 
import permit is required and can be arranged by contacting the Centre 
for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science at 
fish.health.inspectorate at cefas.co.uk.
