FACULTY RESEARCH ASSISTANT

The Department of Environmental and Molecular Toxicology is 
recruiting for two full-time (1.0 FTE), fixed term, 12 month Faculty 
Research Assistants at Oregon State University. A  B.Sc. preferably in 
molecular biology, biochemistry, developmental biology or toxicology. 
Qualifications include a demonstrable commitment to promoting and 
enhancing diversity. Exp .in manipulation of nucleic acids using 
techniques including PCR amplification, extraction, electrophoresis and 
labeling is required; exp. with microscopy and digital imaging is also a 
plus; exp. with aquarium fish aquaculture, preferably zebrafish; exp. in 
working with toxic materials is an advantage, but not a requirement; 
and exp. using MS office products, statistical software packages such
