The Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN)and the Max Planck Society (MPG) announce the establishment of a Joint PAN-MPG Junior Research Group at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics (MPI-CBG) in Dresden, Germany, and invite applications for the position of Group Leader.
Applicants should have a strong background in molecular cell and/or developmental biology, and have research interests complementing and further strengthening the current profile of the MPI-CBG in Dresden (www.mpi-cbg.de). Scientists from Poland or of Polish origin are especially encouraged to apply.
The group will be funded by PAN and will receive support for one
postdoctoral fellow, one Ph.D. student, one technician, and adequate
running costs. The MPG/MPI-CBG will provide a fully-equipped
laboratory. The initial appointment is for 5 years, at the W2 scale.
