Hi Folks,
Does anyone know of information regarding the development of the
blood-brain barrier in zebrafish? We are specifically interested in its
permeability at larval stages. Any citations or anecdotal experience
about what compounds get into the CNS at the 5 to 10 day PF stage
would be welcome. [i.e. with bath application].
Obviously MS222 does and I know that caffeine permeates larvae
pretty quickly, but I don't know much more than that!
Thanks,
Don
