TGFß blocking with SB431542

Hello to everybody,

 I study the role of TGFbeta signals including Nodal and Activins in
pattern formation and cell differentiation.
I'm looking for information how to use the chemical SB 431542 with zebrafish.
Do You know if and with what concentrations of DMSO SB 431542
penetrates the Membrane and if this drug shows effects in zebrafish ?
