removing yolk from embryo

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could give me someone could suggest a protocol 
for preparing metaphase chromosomes from zebrafish embryo.

Also if  anyone has any experience about removing the yolk and yolk
membrane  from the zebrafish balstula and could suggest me how to go about
doing it,  I'll be highly gratified.
