Pronase enzyme

Could anyone advise us on the following: we are going to buy a pronase
enzyme for use in de-corionation of the zf embryos.

I have sourced some from Fluka (SIGMA).  Do you know of any problems
associated with this method of de-corionation, i.e. is there problems with
batch-to-batch variability or enzyme purity considerations??
