Group leader position at MPI-CBG Dresden, Germany

The Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and the German Max Planck Society
(MPG) invite applications for the position of
Group Leader
of a Joint PAN-MPG Junior Research Group at the Max Planck Institute of
Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics (MPI-CBG) in Dresden, Germany.
The group will be funded by the Polish Ministry of Science with 250,000
Euro per year for 5 years; this includes the salary of the group leader
(48,000-55,000 Euro per year, depending on personal circumstances),
support for a postdoctoral fellow, a PhD student, a technician and
adequate running costs. The MPG/MPI-CBG will provide a fully-equipped
laboratory.
Applicants should be 35 years old or younger, have a strong background in
molecular cell and/or developmental biology, and have research interests
complementing and further strengthening the current profile of the
MPI-CBG in Dresden (www.mpi-cbg.de).
