Zebrafish cell line

Hello again.

I now have another question:
- How easy is it to perform reporter gene assays in zf cell culture?  I am
anxious to get some preliminary data on the expression profiles of my
gene(s) of interest using z/f promoter driven GFP constructs.
- Also is there a particular cell line that is widely available and suited
to these sort of assays?
