please note the following advert for a highly attractive, independent 
goupleader position (5 yrs, incl positions for a postdoc, predoc, 
technician and adequate set-up and running costs) in Dresden in the 
framework of a newly established Collaborative Research Center 
(http://www.sfb655.de/sfb655). You would be able to join the zebrafish 
community in Dresden (groups already present: M Brand, CP Heisenberg, A 
Oates and a number of additional 'smaller scale users';  see also 
www.mpi-cbg.de) and benefit eg. from our jointly operated fish facility 
and seminar series.

commitment and interactions during tissue formation" Dresden invites 
applications for the position of an
Independent Junior Research Group leader (BAT-O Ia)
We are looking for an outstanding young researcher in the field of 
tissue formation involving stem/progenitor cell research and animal 
The Independent Junior Research Group will be incorporated in the 
general research program of the SFB 655. Laboratory space and basic 
equipment will be provided. The Research Group will be funded for up to 
5 years (group leader position, scientific and technical personnel, 
consumables, instrumentation) and will enable independent research to 
be carried out within a research network. Candidates must have held a 
doctorate for no more than 6 years. The selection process includes an 
oral presentation by the applicant, which will be evaluated by a review
