Hi Rebecca,

We have had good success with the monoclonal beta-catenin antibody  
from BD Biosciences (catalog# 610153) for immunofluorescence.  I have  
seen reports that the Sigma monoclonal pan-cadherin Ab works in fish,  
but have not yet tried it myself.
