Hi folks,
does anyone have a suggestion or two for a good cell boundary marker to be
used in conjunction with the cmlc2::DSRed transgenic. In-vivo would be
great, but it would also need to be fixable and available for histological
work too. I want to investigate cell number, size and morphology in a
particular toxin-induced phenotype.
Thanks in advance,
Adrian Grimes
