[Zbrafish] ENU safety precautions

Mike,
Don't get me wrong. I am not looking for
shortcuts. I have done ENU mutagenesis before (
in a different place) and of course will do it
with the full program of personal and
environmental protection (as you describe it). I
was just wondering whether there are any hard
data that would help in designing the safest
protocols. I could for instance imagine that a
quiet, dedicated, spacious room is superior to a
small, cramped hood in a lab that is usually
shared with others.
You wrote the major danger is inhalation. Is this
only in regard to the powder or also once the ENU
is dissolved?
