Ocimu  Biosolutions is offering Zebrafish microarrays (Zebrafish 14K
OciChip™)


There are mutations available in over 2,000 genes essential for
embryonic development in zebrafish. Zebrafish 14K OciChip™ array
comprising 14067 zebrafish genes is an important tool for general
biomedical research. Oligonucleotides were calculated using 1800
zebrafish gene sequences from the NCBI and a database of 12768 putative
open reading frames (ORF). The ORFs were established in-house using
NCBI zebrafish EST sequence information.
