[Zbrafish] In situs in adults

HI 

I am trying to do mRNA in situs on whole adult hearts. (I can cut the heart
in half but for my purpose it would be problematic to actually have to do
sections).

We do in situs on embryos all the time. I am looking for advice on how to
modify the protocol for adult tissue.
