Hi, I am reading a lot of articles where kidney tissue was isolated e.g. for flow-cytometry... I was wondering if somebody could give me an insight on how to disect kidney in zebrafish. Whenever I disect a fish I can not even see kidney tissue (only in tissue sections under the microscope). Thank you, Claudia
