Hi Has anyone used the pBlue-TOPO (promoterless B-galactosidase expression vector from Invitorgen) reporter system in zebrafish to detect for promoter activity? Or has anyone had any experience with detecting gene expression with an X-gal assay in whole-mount embryos? Any help would be great. Cheers Mark
