Regarding RNAi in zebrafish, this might be helpful:
Gruber J, Manninga H, Tuschl T, Osborn M, Weber K.
Specific RNAi mediated gene knockdown in zebrafish cell lines.
RNA Biol. 2005 Jul-Sep;2(3):101-5. Epub 2005 Jul 19.
The paper includes data on work in embryos, but they do not claim
success in embryos with RNAi.
Abstract:

Open-access paper:

Let me know how I can help.
