Dear Wei
I don´t think anything has been published on this. Liu et al. 2005 in
Develoment, growth and differentiation vol. 47, 323-331 have used in
vitro Dicer cleaved RNAs as siRNAs without luck (nonspecific defects).
I think they used a mammalian recombinant Dicer so it might be better
to ad substrates to the embryos so that the fishs own dicer could
perform its action in the cell.
