[Zbrafish] red faced fish

We have just noticed an old F1 ENU fish that has a very stark bright
orange red face.  It has seemingly developed in the last two months.
Anyone have experience with this?  Is this a disease of some sort?

It's not the 'red nose' phenotype that often shows up in old tubingen
fish.  It's a bright not-blood red that is on the face only, doesn't
go beyond the gills, and is asymmetric on the fish.  The skin is
normal, the gills are normal.  The fish is acting normal too.
