Dear All ,
Can somebody tell me if you can have a delay in development when you
grow up embryos in egg water vs system water . We put 60 embryos in a
petridish the first 4 days and add 400 ml systemwater until day 8.
How much should the concentration of calcium in egg water to get an
optimal ossification of the early stages ?
Condition egg water:
1.5 ml stock salt added to 1 liter distilled water.
Temp egg water 26 +/- 0.5 degrees.
Thanks in advance
Mark Reijnen
