hi,
does anybody know how well the Emerald GFP variant performs in
zebrafish? According to Roger Tsien (eg. review in Nature Methods 2005,
vol2, 905) it is superior to EGFP because it folds more efficiently at
37°C. I wonder whether that's true also at 28°, which would make it
brighter than EGFP. Does anybody have experience with it?
thanks
gilbert
