[Zbrafish] fin clip DNA PCR

We are trying to get PCRs to work on fin clip DNA extracted using the
protocol of Yue and Orban in Electrophoresis 26, 3081-3093. The
protocol looks very robust but for some reason it does not work for
us. Can you please suggest a solution?
