[Zbrafish] Apoptosis

Does anyone have experience using Hoechst 33342 and propidium iodide
(e.g. Invitrogen kit #5, cat. V13244) as an apoptosis assay for
zebrafish? Specifically we want to look at apoptosis during lens
formation. Any protocols or even concentration recommendations are
welcome.
