[Zbrafish] Sense probes ISH

Dear all,

I'm having difficulties to make sense probes for whole mount in situ
hybridization. There are no big differences in staining patterns
between my sense and antisense probes. Is anyone familiar with the
problem? What can I do to prevent this?
