[Zbrafish] vivo-morpholino

I found that gene tools is now providing vivo-morpholino for knockdown in
adult animals.  I would like to whether it is possible to knockdown a
specific gene in a specific organ, like heart or liver.  Also, would it be
possible to directly inject the vivo-morpholino into the liver or heart for
gene knockdown?
