[Zbrafish] Bleaching embryos!

Hi There,

I am wondering if bleaching embryos at 24h after dechorionating them
will be more effective than bleaching at one cell stage in case of
parasite being transmitted from mother to eggs? According to zebrafish
book, embryos can be bleached until 28 hours-post fertilization.
Anyone has any experience in this regard? Please let know. My
microinjected embryos die after 2-3 days-post fertilization and I
bleach them as soon as they are laid.
