Hi:
I have a Morpholino oligo at 8300g/mol.
Working solution is 0.5mM, 1nL is injected into each embryo.
That should be 0.5mM * 1nL * 8300g/mol=4.15* 10E-12 g/embryo(4.15pg/embryo), right?
Why zebrafish guys always say 4* 10E-9 g/embryo(4ng/embryo)?
Anybody could give me an answer?
Thanks.
