Has anyone tried to change frequently-used codon to rarely-used codon in
Arabidopsis? For example, I want to change codon for arginine from frequent
CGT(0.20) to rare CGA(0.09). I would like to know whether this kind of
change will affect to protein production in Arabidopsis plants.If somebody
has information, please kindly let me know. Thank you everyone in advance.
