RI, CAPS, and SSLP genetic markers. This information is accessible
from the "Locus" hyperlink in the Table of Contents at this URL:

All entries are hot-linked from the graphical maps, accessible from
the Arabidopsis Genomic View, URL:

Please let us know if we have missed any markers. The database should
be current with the Meinke map, the Lister/Dean RI map, and the CAPS and
SSLP markers found on the Meinke, AGCT, and NASC sites, and from Jeff
Dangl and Drenkard/Ausubel submission to AtDB. The gene names
and ORFs contained within GenBank sequence annotation will be added soon.
