Dear colleagues,
I am pleased to inform you that the BAC-based physical map is now displayed
at our www site in a newly designed format.
You may access it through
http://www.mpimp-golm.mpg.de/101/mpi_mp_map/bac.html
and than follow the link to
http://www.mpimp-golm.mpg.de/101/mpi_mp_map/access.html
Here you have the options to
- page through the tables showing the detailed map information
- download the corresponding tables in Excel 4.0 format
- search for individual entries
- access a tiling path display which allows you to jump into the display of
the corresponding detailed information by clicking on the clone symbols
Due to the nice support by the colleagues at AtDB, you can directly link
into the BAC clone info page at AtDB from the page with the detailed map
information by simply clicking on the clone name.
I hope you find this useful.
Please let me know if you run into problems. We will try to solve them ASAP.
With best wishes,
Thomas
