Did anyone ever encounter any problem with nga76? In our hands, in
heterozygotes (Col/Ler), Columbia band is amplified predominantly. The
problem is so bad that it is hard to tell hets from Col/Col homozygotes.
Same happens in reconstruction expt when we mix Col and Ler DNA 1:1. Any
advice? We are using Bell/Ecker PCR conditions.
