Postdoctoral Position Available
A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the laboratory of Prof. Gary Stacey at the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, USA. The research involves the use of functional genomic methods to study the systems biology of soybean, specifically the response to abiotic stress. For examples of our work and the system under study, see our recent publications: Libault et al., 2010. Plant J. (in press, online); Brechenmacher et al., 2010 Plant Physiol. (in press, online). The successful candidate should have excellent training in genetics, molecular biology and/or biochemistry with clear evidence of past research productivity.
